Knowledge & Experience

Jennifer joined Allen Tate in 2003 with a bang, receiving the "Most Likely to Succeed" award from her Winner's Edge training classmates. Since then, Jennifer has taken the residential and commercial real estate industry by storm.

As an active member of the Commercial and Residential Board of Realtors, Jennifer has consistently finished in the top 5% of the Allen Tate Company and despite the challenging market conditions, Jennifer has continued to outperform her market and her peers. Within her first five years with the company, Jennifer grew her business to become the #1 closed volume agent in the Charlotte Region and has continued that success throughout the recent market changes.

Jennifer is a member of the national and local CCIM chapters and is actively pursuing her CCIM designation. In November 2007, Jennifer was featured in the "Charlotte Business Journal: Commercial Quarterly - Industry Leaders" and was featured in the June 2017 edition of "International Top 100 Magazine" as a top 100 REALTOR® of the year.

Personal & Philanthropic

Jennifer volunteers her time to a variety of local philanthropic organizations. She is an active member of the Mint Museum Auxiliary, The Bechtler Museum's "Firebird Society", and Queens University's "The Learning Society".  She currently sits on committee for the local fundraising chapter of ALSAC, for St. Jude's Research Hospital, and frequently volunteers her time at the Charlotte Rescue Mission.

Jennifer is active in the community and served eight years on the Board of Directors of the “Patriot Charities,” where she held two terms as Treasurer and Live/Silent Auction Co-chair. Through events like “The Patriot Gala,” held annually at Quail Hollow Country Club and “The Bag Lady Luncheon,” held in 2015 at Trump National Golf Club, the charity works to aid wounded military members and their families returning to North and South Carolina. In 2015, Jennifer helped orchestrate a merger to form the “Patriot Military Family Foundation,” where she served on the Board of Trustees and the finance committee.

Jennifer served on the Economic Development committee for the “Navigate Cornelius” project establishing the “2030 Small Area Plan,” and thus the framework for future development in the Cornelius area. Jennifer has served on the LKN Chamber of Commerce “Business Expo Planning Committee,” the Allen Tate Arts & Science Council Fund Drive, and is a founding member of the “LKN Real Estate Alliance.”
